Registration
As a reminder, initial registration for our 8th grade Washington D.C. trip is due by Thursday October 5th ($100.00 and completed online registration). This is to ensure the company has time to plan for our group size. Below is a link to registration and trip information. This is a hard deadline.*

As mentioned at our informational meeting, we are only accepting 1 chaperone per student at this time. If we have open seats towards the end of registration this may be a consideration.
Behavior Expectations
Students
Students may be excluded from our Washington D.C. Trip if behavior expectations are not met leading up to our departure. Multiple disciplinary referrals, violence, and/or criminal behavior (including vaping, drugs, & alcohol) will automatically place a student’s registration in review.
Chaperones
We will hold a meeting with all chaperones as we approach our departure. It will be expected that all chaperones will act with responsibility and high character. Although chaperones will certainly be able to rest and recover at the end of the night, they are expected to be able to supervise at any time if an emergency arises. Consuming alcohol, drugs, or engaging in other illegal activities is strictly prohibited during the trip. All chaperones will also be expected to pass the YCS’s background check. Fundraising
Individual fundraising for students attending the trip will occur during the month of October. More information to come!
We do have some group fundraisers coming up at various local restaurants. See below. Proceeds will go to the group as a whole.

- Monday November 6th - Muncie Applebee's (11am - Close)
- Wednesday December 6th - Muncie Chick-Fil-A (5-8pm)
