We are excited to announce that Yorktown Middle School will be partnering with IU Health to offer an opportunity for your child to receive a free athletic physical. This is a free event held for current Yorktown students in grades 5-8. This athletic physical will be good for the 2024-2025 school year.
Date: Tuesday May 21st
Time: 5:30 – 7:30pm
Location: Yorktown Middle School (Main Gym)
Cost: Free of charge/Donations will be accepted.
